Keeping fit, making friends and staying positive!

Opening gyms!

This week saw i2i Founder and positive enthusiast Michael Finnigan opening the Chorley branch of Anytime Fitness Gym- the biggest gym chain in the world! It was a fantastic event; with free smoothies and protein goodies, a live dj, friendly, informative staff and a real buzz about the place. One of the best aspects about it is that it’s open 24 hours! A fantastic addition for the health and fitness of the people of Chorley. Michael works out there, it’s well worth a visit- you might even see him there!

A big thank you to Owner Ben for the warm welcome!
Positive picture of the week

Our positive picture of the week was snapped by our Professional Adventurer Michael Quigley recently, whilst he was climbing Scarfell Pike in The Lake District! We have had an incredible response to it, with over 1000 views in the last two days. Take it, use it and and if you’re ever feeling down, remember the power of positivity!

100 Instagram followers!

This week saw a very exciting first for i2i! After less than two months on Instagram, we have reached over 100 followers! Thank you so much to our athletes Nile Wilson, Samantha Murray, Darren Clarke and Owen Benson for following us and proving great support and all our loyal i2i-ers who are doing a fantastic job liking, sharing and using our positive, empowering messages! You’re Awesome!

Next week our Michael Quigley will be spending some time with up and coming golfer Owen Benson, he’s never played golf before, so this will be good!

Stay positive!

The i2i Team
